Five new commercial complexes to debut by year-end

Five new commercial complexes are scheduled to open in Xiangzhou district, Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong province, in the second half of 2026 and early 2027, expanding local retail, dining and leisure options for residents.

The upcoming projects cover multiple sub-areas with differentiated positioning.

New Xiangzhou Huafa Mall is a 35,000-square-meter premium lifestyle hub on North Yingbin Road. Centered on three anchor stores including supermarkets, children’s amusement parks and large restaurants, it offers specialty shops on each floor, covering boutique retail, catering, maternal and child products, and daily services.

NOVA, a 120,000-s-qm complex at the core junction of Zhuhai and Zhongshan, brings

together premium supermarkets, cinemas, digital and tech stores, international luxury brands, fashion apparel, dining, a pet-friendly paradise, and a dedicated children’s zone.

Nanwan Linlihui encompasses a diverse mix of commercial spaces, business offices, serviced offices, and luxurious hotels, complemented by supporting facilities such as a sunken plaza, courtyard gardens, rooftop gardens, and sky gardens.

Manshu Xili is an 80,000-sqm retail venue developed by Gree Group that offers dining, shopping, and entertainment services. Polyda Henda Plaza‌ is a 34,000-sqm project with a leasing rate over 90 percent and more than 10 city-level debut brands, covering boutique retail, parent-child entertainment and more.
