Jiuchuan Intelligent commenced operations at its high-end semiconductor testing equipment production base at Xiangzhou High-Tech Park in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, on Aug 3. In doing so it has injected new impetus into the high-quality development of Xiangzhou’s semiconductor industry.

As a leading domestic intelligent equipment manufacturer, Jiuchuan Intelligent pioneered a machine vision inspection platform featuring the deep integration of AVI and AI (Automatic Visual Inspection and Artificial Intelligence).

It is the first enterprise in the sector to have rolled out core innovations including IR testing, hole wall inspection and built-in AI systems. Its advanced electrical flying probe tester has achieved the domestic substitution of core testing gear for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and IC substrates.

Backed by Series A financing led by China Everbright Holdings and joined by a sub-fund under Zhengling Venture Capital, the firm has established its South China headquarters and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA) production base in Xiangzhou, with its core R&D team to be relocated to the region in phases.

Benefiting from the GBA’s concentrated electronic information industry and leading PCB enterprises stationed nearby, the project boasts broad market and strong industrial synergy potential.
