Zhuhai Jieli Technology, based in Xiangzhou district, Zhuhai, debuted on the Beijing Stock Exchange on Aug 12 as the district's latest listed deep technology firm in 2026. Its share price soared 184.41 percent to 53.64 yuan ($7.95) in intra-day trading before settling at 2:48 pm on the first trading day.
Priced at 18.86 yuan per share, the initial public offering (IPO) raised almost 622 million yuan. The strategic placement drew multiple industrial investors including Nantong Fujitsu Microelectronics and Huahong Investment. The raised funds will be mainly allocated to the R&D, upgrading and industrialization of smart wireless audio chips, smart wearable chips and AIoT edge computing chips.
Founded in Xiangzhou in southern Guangdong province in 2010, Jieli Technology specializes in highly integrated, low-power system-level SoC chips. Starting with independent Bluetooth audio chip R&D, it has grown into a leading domestic wireless audio chip designer.
The company has expanded its product portfolio to chips for over-ear headphones, speakers, smartwatches and wristbands, and rolled out AIoT edge computing chips supporting voice interaction and local intelligent computing.
By the end of 2025, its cumulative chip shipments had exceeded 12 billion units, including over 5.7 billion TWS earphone chips. Its portfolio now covers smart wearables and AIoT edge computing solutions, with a global sales network.
The listing brings the total number of listed enterprises in Xiangzhou to 17. The district will continue its listing cultivation initiative to optimize services for local enterprises and inject strong momentum into regional high-quality development.
