Approved by the Zhuhai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhuhai Gree Technical School, founded by Gree Electric Appliances Inc. of Zhuhai, launched its first autumn enrollment season on Aug 18 for junior high school fresh and past graduates nationwide.

With the enrollment code 9800242, the school aims to cultivate high-caliber talent for China's advanced manufacturing sector.

Located at 3200 Xiangshan Road in Xiangzhou district, the campus covers about 191,000 square meters and has a total floor area of 124,000 square meters.

Dong Mingzhu, chairwoman of Gree Electric, serves as the school's president. Leveraging the group's industrial resources and strong brand, the school partners with Gree's domestic and overseas production bases and is equipped with high-standard comprehensive training centers, forming a model where students begin gaining practical workplace experience from the moment of enrollment and are job-ready directly upon graduation.

There are currently nine majors on offer targeting key fields including intelligent manufacturing, electrical technology and information technology. The teaching team of the school, composed of Gree's senior engineers, senior technicians and professional teachers, adopts a work-integrated learning approach.
