Zhuhai Museum and Zhuhai Planning Exhibition Hall

The Zhuhai Museum and the Zhuhai Planning Exhibition Hall are located at the intersection of Lovers' Road and Haihong Road. They occupy an area of 50,300 square meters and a total construction area of 55,000 square meters, facing Lovers' Road to the east, Haitian Park to the north, and the Zhuhai Opera House on Yeli Island across the sea. 

After 10 years of construction, the museum and the hall opened on October 26, 2020. Today, they have become Zhuhai name cards, able to show the city’s culture and charisma.

With a total floor area of 33,565 square meters and an exhibition area of about 6,000 square meters, the Zhuhai Museum is divided into three themed exhibition halls and three exchange exhibition halls. It has a total collection of 15,560 cultural relics. 

The three themed exhibition halls cover an area of 4,000 square meters and the themes are Zhuhai history, Zhuhai traditional art and folk culture, and memory. The halls cover a total area of 2,000 square meters, and serve as temporary exhibition halls for exchange exhibitions with overseas parties.

The total floor area of the Zhuhai Planning Exhibition Hall is about 22,000 square meters, including several floors. It mainly displays Zhuhai's historical evolution, ecological environment, planning blueprint, construction focus, various districts and undoubted charisma, and has become a window on the image and essence of Zhuhai city.
