Policies concerning expats, foreign enterprises in March 2025

China's State Council executive meeting on Feb 10 approved an action plan to stabilize foreign investment in 2025.

The National Immigration Administration (NIA) announced on Dec 17 that it will fully relax and optimize the visa-free transit policy, which is effective immediately.

China will include Australia in the list of unilateral visa-free countries, Premier Li Qiang said on Monday.
