A precision diagnosis and treatment equipment cluster, submitted by Xiangzhou district and Zhuhai Hi-tech Industry Development Zone, has been included in the 2026 list of Guangdong Provincial Characteristic Industrial Clusters for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) on June 23, becoming the fifth provincial-level cluster in Xiangzhou.

The Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Industrial Design Park was launched on July 16 at the Chuanggang Center in Xiangzhou district, Zhuhai.

Three industries from Xiangzhou district were honored in the Guangdong's County-level Special Industry Catalogue.

It is the only whole piece of land available for development in the main urban area and is therefore a valuable place along the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Macao Innovation Corridor.

It is a hub connecting Zhuhai's main urban area, the Guangdong-Macao in-depth cooperation area in Hengqin and the city's western urban area.
