In the upcoming autumn semester, Xiangzhou Wenyuan Primary School and Kindergarten and the Nanping Experimental Primary School will start operating - in the Xiangzhou district of South China's Zhuhai city - providing a large number of new public school seats.

Located on the north side of Yinhua Road, Wenyuan Primary School has a land area of 12,333 square meters and a floor space of 32,814 sq m. It has a capacity for 36 classes, providing 1,620 student seats.

In September, the school will welcome its first batch of 1,220 students, including 16 new classes for first graders, offering 750 seats. It currently has 56 full-time teachers, including 34 backbone teachers and 22 new teachers.

Wenyuan Kindergarten started construction in June 2022. The campus covers an area of 4,843 sq m with a floor space of 10,334 sq m - and comes equipped with areas such as art rooms, science rooms, music rooms and multi-function halls. It has already enrolled 15 teaching classes and nearly 500 children will be on campus this September.

Nanping Experimental Primary School is located on the east side of Huanshan Road and the south side of Bei'er Road. It covers an area of 22,326 sq m, with a floor space of 23,414 sq m. 

It has one main building, three teaching buildings, one cultural and sports hall and support facilities such as a 300-meter synthetic track field. The school has a capacity for 36 teaching classes and 12 reserved classes, providing a total of 2,400 seats.

"The establishment of the new schools will better implement the concept of 'industry first' and help solve the education problems for the children of employees in the local sci-tech park, attracting more talent," said He Yuange, executive principal of the Nanping Experimental Primary School.
