Zhuhai made a pre-approval announcement for the "Zhuhai City Heart" core area project on June 4, revealing key technical indicators and visual representations.

The phase-one project is located north of Jida Road and west of Haibin South Road, encompassing commercial, residential, and business areas. The project has a total construction area of approximately 663,300 square meters and a planned building area of around 432,800 square meters and will feature 2,787 parking lots.

The primary focus of phase one project will be on building residential units, offices, and a large shopping center. Phase two is set to include a landmark building 250 meters high, housing a hotel and office spaces. This strategic development aims to enhance the urban landscape and cater to diverse needs.
