The 136th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is set to take place from Oct 15 to Nov 4, 2024, in Guangzhou. This prestigious event, co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, is the largest and most comprehensive international trade fair in China.

This year, 92 enterprises from Zhuhai's Xiangzhou district will participate, occupying 359 booths. Nine of these companies will feature in the brand exhibition area with 64 booths, while 87 will be in the general exhibition area with 295 booths. Xiangzhou boasts two national manufacturing champions and 28 national high-tech enterprises, representing 29 percent of all participating companies.

Nine companies will be debuting at the fair, including Xiaowei Technology (Zhuhai), Zhuhai Comking Electric, and Zhuhai Xprinter Group. These companies, along with others like Gree Electric Appliances Inc of Zhuhai and Guangdong Roule Electronics, highlight Xiangzhou's diverse industrial capabilities.

Gree Electric Appliances Inc of Zhuhai, established in 1991, has evolved from assembling household air conditioners to becoming a global industrial manufacturing group, while Guangdong Roule Electronics, established in 1980, is renowned for its visual intercom systems and smart home products, which it exports to nearly 100 countries.
