Additionally, quick skill micro-courses help learners grasp multilingual reception basics during commute times.
Utilizing a "Digital Service Cabin", immersive VR simulations have been conducted to handle over 200 customer complaint scenarios, enhancing job seekers' abilities to address unexpected issues effectively.
Regarding mental resilience, support groups for industry transitioners and an online "Career Energy Station" for counseling aim to alleviate psychological stress and skill anxieties, establishing a holistic empowerment ecosystem from technical proficiency to emotional support.
The next steps for the center involve exploring mobile stations, enterprise visits for job expansion, and innovative initiatives for youth talent from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, extending specialized, precise, and caring employment services to the grassroots level.
