The recent unveiling of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Center in Xiangzhou district marks a significant step towards talent collaboration in the Greater Bay Area. 

Located in the core area of Gongbei Lianhua Road, with a focus on the needs of young people in the Greater Bay Area, it provides comprehensive services such as policy coordination, resource integration, entrepreneurship empowerment, and employment support. 

During the ceremony, the human resources department of Xiangzhou district and Zhuhai Zhengyuan Human Resources Company  jointly introduced the entrepreneurship and employment service system, which aims to help youth from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao realize their dreams in the Greater Bay Area by integrating various resources. 

Several strategic cooperation agreements were signed during the event, including an agreement to establish a Green Channel to Hong Kong and Macao and an agreement to create a job service center and cross-border talent database. Additionally, mentoring support was provided to industry experts to guide young people in their entrepreneurial endeavors. 

The event also showcased smart service devices like the "Xiangyue Employment" job-seeking machine and AI simulation interview booths, offering a full range of services from resume optimization to real-time job notifications. Various spaces including incubation areas and creative zones, were also opened to the public for the first time, hosting job fairs and mentorship programs.
