The Second Zhuhai International Dexterity Challenge and Embodied Intelligence Industry Conference was held from Oct 29 to 30 at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center.
This year's competition pioneered a "production and life dual-track model", establishing a cash prize of 1.98 million yuan ($272,000) and 20 million yuan in intended investment for implementation. Another highlight of the competition was the innovative addition of a youth category, which adopted a "training, study tour and competition" model, bringing together 63 youth teams from the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
The Embodied Intelligence Industry Conference commenced, featuring major announcements and signing ceremonies on Oct 30. Future Era Robotics announced that its first 6S Embodied Intelligent Full-Ecosystem Experience Center and Humanoid Robot Customization Center will be established in Xiangzhou, aiming to create a new landmark for the embodied intelligence industry that integrates exhibition, experience, technology verification, and customization services.
Xiangzhou district is aligning its development with the direction of new quality productive forces, seizing new opportunities in industries like artificial intelligence and humanoid robots.
