Zhuhai Flower World, the city's largest and most comprehensive flower market, reopened on Jan 29 following a major upgrade. The landmark celebrates its 20th anniversary with refreshed spaces, richer experiences, and enhanced services for the Spring Festival.

Covering 36,000 square meters, the market brings together nearly 100 merchants and thousands of floral varieties. From traditional Chinese New Year favorites such as kumquat trees, orchids, and peach blossoms to premium cut flowers, ornamental fish, and gardening plants, the market meets a wide range of household and gifting needs.

From Jan 29 to Feb 16, Zhuhai Flower World hosts a 20-day Spring Festival flower fair. The venue is divided into three themed flower streets, blending Lingnan-style New Year traditions with colorful floral displays and engaging cultural activities.

Calligraphy workshops, flower-arranging workshops, cultural handicrafts, and festive parades further enrich the visitor experience, transforming a traditional flower market into a lively cultural destination.

Thanks to Zhuhai's unique location connecting the Chinese mainland with Hong Kong and Macao, the market has gained popularity among visitors from the two SARs. To improve accessibility, nearby areas have been renovated to offer free parking and improved traffic management.

Notably, the market now hosts Zhuhai's only on-site SF Express flower delivery station. This allows customers to ship fresh flowers directly to various locations across China, including Hong Kong and Macao, making festive shopping more convenient and worry-free for residents of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
